Rules

Object of the game

Score 21 points or more before the opposing team

Setup

10 yards should separate each Buckets tower

Each team is designated 4 matching bean bags

Partners stand behind the same Buckets tower facing their opponents

The dowel rests right side up on top of each Bucket tower

Gameplay

One player from Team 1 tosses one beanbag first

One player from Team 2 tosses one beanbag next

This sequence of throwing continues until all 4 beanbags that each team started with have been thrown, at which point the teammate of the winning shooter begins round 2

Scoring

Making the beanbag in the top bucket scores 3 points

Making the beanbag in the middle bucket scores 2 points

Making the beanbag in the bottom bucket scores 1 point

If an opposing team toss causes the dowel to fall off of the tower, the defending team must catch it with one hand after the dowel  passes the bottom of the top bucket – as long as the catching team does not touch the dowel with both hands at the same time, the catch is good

If the bottle falls into the top bucket, it is an automatic point for the team that threw the beanbag

The net score is posted after all 4 beanbags have been thrown by each player (if opposing players score 4 points each, the net score is 0)

Play continues until one team reaches or goes over 21 points
